A Flower Frog

Do you use a flower frog? Or are you saying what on earth is a flower frog? Flower frogs are usually glass, ceramic or metal items to add to the top of a vase or jug to help arrange your flowers. They had holes in them that you put the flower stems in and they keep the blooms separated, standing straight and the arrangement looks fuller. Garden Jewelry

Over the cold and stormy winter days when we stayed home I experimented with using some sculpy clay. Clay Embellished Ornaments

~ This is a way to fancy up those shiny coloured ornaments.  I used a cold porcelain dough, some plain and some tinted green to cut out leaves to add to the ornaments.  This was a craft we made at Creative Crafting.  Thanks to the instructor, Gail, for making the clay and sharing it with us and providing us with the recipe so we could make more at home.
