A Snow Nut You need a walnut and a hazelnut for this craft.  Paint both nuts white and let dry.  I used white exterior house paint. Glue the hazelnut to the flat bottom part of the walnut.  Add a plastic hat, googly eyes, and face features.  Tie yarn or ribbon or a strip of material around the join for the scarf. Add 3 mini pom poms for the buttons. If you are giving this ornament as a gift be sure that no one is allergic to nuts. It was hard to scan this craft, but I hope the jpg gives you an idea of what it will look like.   Snowman repair kit Being outside all day and night, Can make me look a dreadful sight, I melt, I break, I lose some parts, Which tends to break some people’s hearts, So here’s a repair kit just for you To make your snowman look brand new! This makes a cute gift for the snowman lover in your life. Melted Snowman Glop hot glue into a pile on a cookie sheet. When it set glop some more  on top of it slightly off-center, for the head. While glue  is still warm, add hat, carrot, and beads for eyes. Let cool. You also might  want to do this on wax paper. Glue pinback on the back side.   This jpg was scanned looking down on it, but it does give you an idea of what it might look like. I did not use the eyes and carrot when I made this.   I made a snowman round and fat And on his head I put a hat, He sat out in the sun all day And slowly melted all away.  But I can tell just where he sat, Because he didn't take his hat.  unknown source   Melted Snowman Last night I heard a knock It was a snowman outside my door, Asking if he could come inside And play on the floor. . .
