A suggestion for you Tammy; of your camera has a memory card, perhaps your computer has a slot to insert the card so you can read it. Mine does, which makes it easy. Happy hunting :)

I was going to say the same as Yvette, check for a card slot and transfer your photis that way. I don’t use the cables from my cameras. Hope you can solve your challenge.

Clearing out my emails and came across your message. I was trying to remember where the camera advice came from so now I can thank you (and Yvette). I didn’t even think about the fact that my camera has a digital card or that my laptop has a card slot. It worked a charm. :)
